QA1s coil-over shock thrust bearing kits will provide less bind on the attachment points of your coil-over shocks. This kit allows easier changing of the ride height. It allows the lower perch to spin while hand turning without a spanner wrench. Just install on the lower perch (coating each section with Anti-seize)and drop your spring on top. Kit includes: · 2 roller thrust bearings · 4 washer shims
